Festivals and holidays

Azeris rejoice in many festivals throughout the year. Among them are the several music festivals such as Baku Jazz Festival or Sheki Mugham Festival. Very interesting is Pomegranate Festival in Goychay. As Muslims form the major part of the population in Azerbaijan, Ramzan is celebrated big time with festivities and decoration all around the country.
