Refund Policy for Tours to Azerbaijan
You may cancel your reservation any time by sending us a note at office@Azerbaijan24.com. The amount to be refunded is determined according to the Refund Scheme below. The refund will be transferred to you within 14 business days upon reception of your cancellation.
Refund Scheme*
100% - 14 days before the tour start date
70% - 7 days before the tour start date
50% - 4 days before the tour start date
0% - 3 before the tour start date
Bank charges and other service fees are not refundable.
Exemptions:
*Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are refunded as per Hotel’s individual cancellation policy. Generally this is 100% refund if cancellation is received 7 days prior to check-in date. Later cancellations are subject to fines regulated by hotels. Cancellation received 3 days before check-in date are either subject to 1 night charge or full reservation payment being non-refundable in line with hotels regulations.
*Visa Arrangements
Should your visa application arranged through Baku Travel Services is rejected for whatever reason a full refund of visa arrangement service fee will be issued.
