4* boutique hotel with fantastic location on the edge of the historical Icheri Sheher (Old City) and 1 minute walk from the Caspian Sea. The hotel has an excellent bay view from the top floor restaurant. Apart from being in the heart of historical Baku with easy access to most tourist attractions Meridian hotel would be ideal for business travelers since most business districts, foreign diplomatic trade missions, NGOs have their headquarters nearby.

Meridian is a small but very cosy hotel occupying 5-floor building and equipped with an elevator. Meridian has just fifteen deluxe rooms on offer. Rooms are quite spacious and are of a decent standard. Each room has individual design. Walls are thin and not well soundprooffed. The rooms are very noisy if located on the floor under the restaurant.

Basic, rather poor breakfast is served in "City View" restaurant & bar that offers its customers magnificent view over Caspian Sea and Baku city. International and national cuisine served. Well-stocked bar with fine wine and liquiors.

There is another bar in billiard room that is also at guest's disposal. Finnish sauna with aroma therapy massage could be your other chooice to relac and entertain yourself at your spare time.

With a number of international business chain hotels now present in Baku Meridian faces tough comptetion and should make an extra effort to keep customers and provide value for money. So far too pricey for the service provided
