Passage Boutique Hotel located in the center of Baku in a building with a 100-year history. The hotel is on 2nd and 3d floor, so there is no actually a lobby or a reception if a full sense. A bit difficult to locate the reception within the building once you've first entered. Besides there is no lift in the building, so one will have to carry the luggage himself. But apart from that the location is excellent, right in the city centre and close to all major tourist attractions of Baku city. Old City (Icheri Sheher) with its fascinating history is located just a few minutes from hotel. Seaside Boulevard, Governor Park, State Philharmonic Hall, Fountains Square and Shopping Mall of Baku can be easily visited by walking. A 10-minute walk from Icheri Sheher Metro Station.

Passage Boutique Hotel offers 12 comfortable rooms. So this is quite a small place with no typical hectic hotel atmosphere.
The hotel is newly renovated, all the rooms are huge and luxurious, with comfortable beds, with outstanding bathroom, good for staying with kids. The air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The private bathrooms come with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

Breakfast is rather basic. At Passage Boutique Hotel you will find a restaurant serving a variety of dishes. Other dining options are a 5-minute walk away.

Reception staff are very nice and helpful, but can barely speak English.

When checking in ask for a room with a balcony, these are their premium rooms.

Overall this is a good choice to stay in Baku in terms of price, location and comfort. The service still need a long way for improvement. Someone spent a lot of of money on the rooms but has yet to learn what it takes to run a hotel.
