The Premier Hotel is located a bit further away from Baku downtown on a quiet street in the rich residential area. Many dining, shopping and entertainment venues are within a walking distance. Though if you are up to tourist attractions of Baku then you would need some trasportation to get to city centre. The nearest tube station is Ganjlik. To get to Baku downtown with all the tourist attractions, high streets and mainstream bars and trendy restaurants one would need to make 2-3 stops by underground (Metro), take a bus (15 minutes, 30-40 cents) or catch taxi (5-10 USD). There is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to airport and various locations within Baku. Keep in mind that this hotel is difficult to find, most taxi drivers would not know where it is. As mentioned, the hotel has a location a bit from the center and with the traffic in Baku this could be a slight problem. But still, 5-7 Manat (Euro) taxi ride from the centre makes it an attractive alternative to the prices of most hotels in the downtown and tourist areas of Baku.
The Premier Hotel location could also be handy for international football fans who visit Baku to watch international games. Hotel is located within walking distance to Tofik Bakhramov Stadium, which is currently used mostly for football matches. It serves as a home ground of FK Baku, Neftchi Baku, and the Azerbaijan national football team.
The Premier Hotel wisely combines and keeps a good balance between price, location and comfort. It offers refreshing new life style with well furnished interior and impeccable services at affordable price.
The lobby is decorated in Mediterranean style, paintings from famous Azerbaijani artists hanging on the walls. A total of 19 rooms have been luxuriously appointed to make the stay of the guests pleasurable. These rooms are exceptionaly large and promise guest a convenient stay. No detail is too small when it comes to providing you the luxury you are accustomed to. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are reasonably well equipped and a bathrobe provided. TV programs are mainly in Azery and Turkish ( something like 300 channels).
A lovely restaurant called The Dynasty serves palatable multi-cuisine delicacies throughout the day. A bar offers an amalgamation of cocktails and mocktails. Hotel has at guests disposal nice sauna and indoor swimming pool. Massage service available in guest room or in in-house treatment room. There is also a gift shop in the Lobby.
Buffet breakfast is available at the Restaurant on the 6th floor everyday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Do not expect much from the breakfast though, it is very basic. The breakfast room is situated at the top of the hotel with a nice view over the rooftops.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Staff at reception is very kind but there is a lack of professioanlity. Hotel's services and minibar are more expensive than it should be.
Generally this is a moderately priced hotel with a nice and attentive stuff which want to do the best for you. Location is in a safe area , but it takes some time to go to the center. This is the reason why tourists are scarce there, sometime the hotel might seem to be deserted and feel lonlely as very few guests stay there. Good combination of price and quality.
