Ramada Baku Hotel is located on the shore of the Caspian Sea a bit far away from Baku city centre. Hotel is just 7 km from Baku’s Old City and 40 minutes drive Heydar Aliyev International Airport. There is regular buses running from Icheri Sheher Metro station in the direction of hotel. Taxi ride would not cost more than 15-20 Euros. The site is fantastic with the pool, beach, health spa and new dining areas. The hotel is a 20 minute cab ride from the city center so plan on that expense in addition to the hotel rates.
Ramada Baku hotel has its own guarded private beach, indoor heated Olympic size salt water and outdoor infinity pool but more for the children. Other facilities include: health centre, massage, sauna, solarium, steam bath and pools. The gym room is well appointed. You can walk several yards down to the beach.
Ramada Baku Hotel offers 73 luxurious guest rooms, 8 suites and presidential suite. Rooms are of decent size, light and spacious, equipped with high-tech facilities. Individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, LCD TV-sets, data port and high speed internet access. More importantly rooms have a balcony looking out to the swimming pool and the Caspian sea.

20 Twin rooms configured with a Queen bed are clean and comfortable with all of the standards in room amenities already listed.
You will enjoy a spacious living room with an elegant sofa bed, a working desk and a sitting area, which also allows the opportunity for combining work and relaxation. The bedroom is tastefully furnished with a "king-size" bed. Our spacious 8 Junior Suites has sea-view with private balconies.
Presidential Suite is extremely luxurious with a magnificent view over the Caspian Sea. It is located on the 5th VIP floor of Hotel and consists of a living room, bedroom and study. Large and comfortable, the bathroom offers most elegant and opulent utilities. The exclusive interior design of the Suite creates the atmosphere of relaxation.
8 Villas with 2 large rooms and adjoined kitchenette are good for families or groups. The accommodation at the cottages is basic to say the least, curtains are like tissue paper and offer no privacy at all.
The restrauant is terrible, most of the food is just reheated from frozen or out of a can. Orders can take ages to be taken and even more to be delivered. Menu is limited just to couple of unsophisticated pastas and etc.
Staff is friendly and but the service is rather bad, too slow and irresponsive to basic needs. Housekeeping can be forgetful with the basics like water and milk and you have to ask at reception repeatedly. The waiters take 20 minutes to ask you what you want, then another half hour to get your drink. The 24 hour bar kicks you out at 11 pm.
Not prime location to city centre. Poor service and ageing rooms. Azeri version of Fawlty Towers.
