Qubek Hotel is located in the centre of Balakan city near local bazaar. Balakan is a picturesque town in north-west Azerbaijan, just 12 km from the Georgian border. This the only decent hotel in the town with no other alternatives. The hotel could serve as a overnight stopover for travelers going from or to Georgia which border is just several kms. away. The hotel was named after one of the peaks in Great Caucasus Mountains. The height of Qubek summit is 2097 meters.
Qubek Hotel has 63 rooms including 24 standard, 30 De-lux and 9 VIP rooms. Rooms are of decent size and equipped with all necessary amenities. All rooms come with air conditioning, a TV and a minibar. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are available in a bathroom.
