Each room has a balcony with stunning views of Baku, and is an ideal place for businessmen as well as for leisure travelers. Every suite in Austin Hotel has self-controlled heating system, air-conditioning, international direct dial telephone, high speed internet access cable/satellite TV, in-room safe, mini bar. Even standard rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable.

The staff in Austin hotels is friendly, helpful and very attentive to the guests. Free internet access is provided in each room and there is a computer in the lounge that guests can use. Satellite TV has a very large range of available channels.
The breakfast in hotel is fine but not impressive. There is no restaurant but delivery from a local restaurant Picasso is available for room service. Besides there are a number of restaurants only 10 meters from Hotel, for example Manti Evi (local food specialising in local version of large dumplings) right in front or Lebanese restaurant at opposite street corner.
Another potential drawback is that there is no elevator, so be ready to walk up several flights of stairs to get to your room.
