It is cozy family – run guest house managed by owner Rustam (English speaking) and his friendly attentive family members. This 3 storey house, was built in a local style in 2010. There are 9 bedrooms (twin & double), that accommodate up to 18 people. Extra bed available. Each room has a private shower, hot water, heated floors, nice view to surrounding mountains. All rooms are furnished, have a satellite plasma TV, comfortable and nature blankets. 2 connected rooms have additional facilities (small privet kitchen, fireplace, independent entrance from the garden). Each room has a beautiful overview surrounding mountains of our large garden, all have the comfort on suite showrooms. One of the double room has a big balcony.
Newly equipped kitchen that can serve over 20 people. Nicely decorated dining-room/kitchen has fireplace, big plasma TV, DVD, home theatre system, also furnitured as a country stile. Conference room is available for up to 20 people. Available conference packages, including audio/video services (digital projector, TV, DVD player, sound system). Internet and international direct dialing service are available.
There is a large garden at the front of the house which guests are welcome to use for their relaxation and enjoyment. Recreation room with the chess, playing-cards, lotto (bingo) and other games, multi-level common areas with numerous skylights. Adjacent to surrounding mountains with hiking trails and river including one acre of private wooden land (orchard).
On the first floor you will find nice decorated guest sitting/dining-room where you may enjoy a complimentary full breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is big, orchard in front of the house. Spacious meeting room is ready for your celebration or meeting.
Breakfast is basic but good. You can help yourself with a range of cereals, jams, preserved fruits, followed by a full traditional or continental breakfast – all of which are accompanied by toast preserves, and freshly brewed tea or coffee. Breakfast served from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Early breakfast available. Should you wish a packed lunch for your days out, they will be only too pleased to oblige – for a small Fee. They can also arrange you to have a traditional lunch at home in nicely decorated national style dining room. Evening meals are for the most part national dishes all home cooked using (where possible) local produce.
Guest house is open all year.
