The president of Azerbaijan has signed a document with regards to simplifying the visa procedure for the visitors of First European Olympic Games that are due to be held in June 2015 in Baku city. According the document the Cabinet has to implement within two months period the measures to establish accreditation regime for visitors and participants of European Olympic Games.

Those foreigners who will hold accreditation will have the right to enter Azerbaijan 60 days before the start and 30 days after the closing of Europena Olympic Games just on the basis of foreign passport and accreditation card.

Those foreigners holding the tickets to Olympic Games will be able to obtain entry visa to Azerbaijan 10 days before Games opening in all international airports of Azerbaijan (Baku, Ganja, Nakhichevan).

Those foreigners who are already working in Azerbaijan in relation to Games organization and who have passed the accreditation will not need apply for a work permit.
