"Happy Inn" hotel is located close to 'Elmler Akademi' and 'Ganjlik' Metro stations, just 20-30 minute walk from the city center. "Happy Inn" hotel has 42 well equipped rooms. Hotel is an ideal budget stop-over for participants of fairs & exhibitions traditionally held in Heydar Aliev Sport Complex. At peak season with a number of international events held in Baku many of the hotels in Baku are overbooked, they tend to increase rates and it's quite hard to secure a good accommodation at affordable rate. In this regard Happy Inn hotel could be a good choice since it's located close to sport complex.

The rooms are big - you can even get 2-room apartment. They are well equipped, the double bed is really big and good. In the living room there is also dining table with plates, glasses, etc. Very clean and quiet.

The staff is friendly enough but very little English is spoken.

Breakfast is included (if you can call it that) but this is just a selection of cold pizza, slices of cold processed meat, olives, feta cheese and two other cheeses, cold hard boiled eggs, one jug of juice, tea and coffee and stale bread not even a toaster. All foods are just on plates on the table, no refrigeration, not even sitting the plates on ice.

For a little bit more you can have a better hotel with better location.
